Yesterday I had an appointment with the dietitian at the VA hospital in Tampa. She measured my weight and I now weigh 192 pounds. I lost some weight but I can't tell if it was fat, muscle or both. She got on my case again to cut back on the sugar because my triglycerides were almost 400, and my HDL (good cholesterol) was a little low. She also wants me to exercise, which I have been too lazy to do. Tomorrow I plan to take a look at rejoining Lifestyles gym. I do not want to get locked into a contract or have to pay a huge rejoining fee, so I may not actually join. It depends on whether I can get what I want from them. If not, I will rejoin the YMCA at the end of the Summer. During the Summer the place is over run with little kids that don't behave. That is why I quit in the first place!
