I stepped on my bathroom scale earlier today and the scale said 195 pounds. That is the lightest that I have been in a long time! It appears that TriLipono is working even though I still can't see any changes in the mirror. I still have a gut, but no love handles or fat anywhere else that I can see. I will stay with TriLipono for the full four months of my plan and see what happens.

I just bought Craig Ballentine's Turbulence Training program. It was a little under $40 for the basic program with 5 bonuses. In a little while I will start doing the basic exercises in his plan and see what happens. I have seen that TriLipono by itself does suppress my appetite and helped with some weight loss. Now I will see what Turbulence Training can add to my fat loss.
