Two weeks ago I started taking something called TriLipono v2. It is a tri lipid fat burner. I haven't been keeping track of my weight since I quit going to the YMCA nor have I made any other measurements. I'm not exercising, so basically, I want to see what TriLipono will do by itself. Looking in the mirror I can't say that I have seen any change, but I don't expect to for a couple of months. One thing that I have noticed is that my appetite has decreased. I get full faster that I used to. I will update this blog when I believe that I am starting to see some real results.
