Today I went to the YMCA for my usual Friday workout. Today I did a 32 minute ride on the stationary bike and upper body weight training. I got a message that said that I have been using Fitlinxx for 2 years and congratulations. That is not quite accurate. I took about 6 months off from working out, so I have only been using Fitlinxx for about 1.5 years. I also discovered that I made the top 30 list of males who earned points in Fitlinxx. I just barely made the list at number 30. Up until today I haven't been checking that list.

Today I weighed in at 203.8 pounds.
